Technical Action for Community Development – ATEDEC Rwanda is a non profit making, non governmental organisation (NGO) working mainly for the rural community in the Western Province of Rwanda.
Since 1995 ATEDEC have been committed to the sustainable development of rural communities and co-operatives. We undertake capacity building at a grass roots level to empower people with skills and knowledge to make positive changes in their local communities.
ATEDEC promotes technical activities – adapting, transforming and developing communities.
